Manufacturing:
We
are the manufacturing of automotive components with high degree of
accuracies. We specialize in grinding finish, CNC finish and
maintaining close tolerances and specified dimensions. We primarily
concentrate on:
- Shaft (with and without gears) hollow shafts up to 1000mm.
- Gears rings, pins, hubs, levers, and hooks.
- Flanges
- Sheet metal components
Quality Checks: Our
company monitors each and every quality process of our products
stringently, every care is taken of before bringing the Automotive
components in the market. As a part of our extensive quality control
process, each component is meticulously checked by our in house Quality
Inspectors and attaches a Quality Certificate with each of our product
as a proof. Trading: We
are well known traders of Iron & Steel. We deal in all grades and
sizes. We offer our services to easily facilitate board spectrum of
clients’ needs with the help of deep penetration acumen that we have,
and an unequivocal access to the best talent in our markets coupled
with the right technical know how that we have categorically endowed to
our term. The areas of our trading activities include: - Trading
of Iron & Steel / Alloy steel / Stainless Steel – Round, Square,
Flats (Industrial grade both for forging and non-forging needs)
Billets, Ingots, Blooms, Wire rods, twisted bars, sheets etc.
- Rough Forgings, Open Die Forging, up setter jobs, Press Forging,
- Flanges.
- Trading of HMS-I, I & II, shredded, stainless steel, Cast Iron Scrap
- Gravity castings, graded casting etc.
